You would share the upstairs bathroom with a quite clean male who works at night. We would like a clean female but are willing to accept couples and males. The room is the largest of the three rooms. The room also comes with your own parking space in the front of the house, and your own refrigerator. Smoking is outside only. In the house we have Free wireless internet and Free cable, there is also a large water heater so the water never gets cold. Utilities are shared in fourths(1/4), they usually run $35-$50(water bill every three months).
