I am renting a two bedroom one bath house that is aprox. 1100 square feet. It is heated by electric floor heaters and cooled by a new swamp cooler. There is wood and carpet flooring throughout the house. It is also surrounded by a very large back yard that is fenced in on three sides. I am asking first month's rent ($650), last months rent ($650) and a security deposit ($300) that is fully refundable if the house is in the same shape when you move out. Totaling $1,600 to move in.
