This is one of the oldest buildings in Tucson, predating Arizona's statehood by a few decades. In fact, the old horse drawn Tucson Trolley used to keep their stables behind this house! Nightly rentals start at only $85.00! This great apartment is fully furnished, and features such ecclectic ammenities as a vintage tube phonograph, a leather Eames chair, and a beautiful art deco vanity. The bedroom is equipped with a new queen sized bed, and the full kitchen features a vintage Tappan gas range and full sized refrigerator. Pots, pans, and dishes are supplied, so you can make your own breakfast! This apartment is located in the Historic Dunbar Spring neighborhood, and is only a short walk from downtown Tucson and the Fourth Avenue Shopping district. We'll even throw in a cute vintage bicycle for your use! Stay in a wonderful historic home for the price of a chain motel. This is completely private, four room apartment with it's own bath and kitchen. You will not be sharing space with strangers.
One more thing- to celebrate our grand opening, we are offering a free six pack of your favorite beverage upon check in. More units are currently being restored, so we may be able to accomidate larger groups in the near future.
Please note that this apartment, along with most of downtown Tucson, is located near an active railroad. Trains are loud, and despite the buildings thick adobe walls, the whistle can still be heard. If you are a very light sleeper, you may not be happy here.
