had Teresa clean my home for a couple months. Sometimes she would come, other times she wouldn't. Sometimes, she just wouldn't show up without calling and letting me know or to set another time. After a while, it got very frustrating and we parted ways. She does a great job when she's there! However, if you need someone dependable and on a regular schedule, she may not be the right person.
